Our Broker
Our president and broker, Thomas McKenzie JD, is passionate about the real estates industry, and has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1998. His brokerage provides services throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County, and he is committed to helping his agents succeed.
He is also an accomplished attorney, with a Juris Doctor in Law. He has practiced law for over 25 years, in the areas of estate planning, elder law, trusts, probate, asset protection, and business formations. This ability to legally advise the clients of the brokerage firm, as well as our agents, gives us a decided edge over the vast majority of real estate brokerage firms in Southern California. He has also had years of experience as a financial advisor, which enables him to better assist our clients with their long-term dreams and goals.

On the personal side, Tom is married to his wife, Natalie, and they are raising four amazing children, ages 10, 12, 17 and 18. Prior to his careers in law and real estate, he was a professional entertainer, who appeared on a number of television shows, main showroom stages in Las Vegas and other venues throughout the United States, and local nightclubs throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

Affordable & Flexible Fees
Our Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two models: a monthly flat rate fee, or a percentage of the firm’s gross commission for the transaction. Both have opportunities for 100% commission. In either case, there are no surprises, period.
We also offer our agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season, our agents can choose the percentage option. Then, when the spring market arrives, our agents can switch to the flat rate option. And for our new agents, the percentage option allows them to build their businesses without the monthly fee until they sell their first home.
